Blog #4- Deliveries and Email Marketing

It’s time to stop putting out “fires”, or issues, in this business. I was in that situation most of last year, but putting out fires does not allow me to focus on growing the business. I need to be improving products, customer service, online presence, processes, and all of the other aspects of business. I am spending quite a bit of time writing out marketing ideas, and I have quite a few new products planned for this year. This week, I received a few packages, set up dust collection for my CNC, and worked on my digital presence, trying to make links, sites, and accounts more organized and ready for growth.
