Running Behind...

How is March almost over? I want to address both the current and past issues in terms of this business. For all of last year, I was behind on orders, most of them being custom orders. With their nature, they should have been done quickly. However, the stress of being behind likely caused me to make mistakes that took some time (and money) to fix. I continued accepting orders, being that I thought I would get caught up sooner. Unexpected school work also played a part in slower production. I ordered a CNC machine in July, which would dramatically improve efficiency, making products quicker to produce. However, the manufacturer delayed shipments, and it came just a couple weeks before Christmas, when I was most busy. Of course, I understand the delay and would be hypocritical to bash that event. I have a few small orders at this time, and also will be building up new stock for my e-commerce storefronts. I’ll post when I have products available, and get as organized as possible. I have big plans going into the rest of this year, and even a few new business ideas to start when I get organized. I have new products in the works, and I intend to grow my presence in both online and in-person sales. Thank you to everyone who ordered from me, was patient with me, and also everyone who engaged with my posts. It is greatly appreciated, and this business wouldn’t be here without all the support.
